How can I have confidence that solution providers are competent and of good value?

The S2U team individually checks all solution providers against its proprietary competency requirements, prior to being accepted onto the S2U platform. We look for, and exclusively select, solution providers with proven skills, knowledge and experience in their specific domain of expertise.

What if I need help either using the platform or finding the right solution?

Do I have to provide my contact details to solution providers during the selection process?

No. The S2U platform allows you to keep your contact details private while discussing all aspects of prospective projects on-platform. For further information regarding Data Privacy, please see our S2U LTD Data Privacy Policy and the S2U LTD Website Terms of Use.

Can I log-in via an alternative means to LinkedIn?

No. The platform currently uses LinkedIn as part of its user verification process.

I am based internationally; can I source and engage solution providers via the S2U platform?

At present the platform serves the UK market only. However, we are working on expanding this to serve the global marketplace. If this is an issue for you, please contact us at enquiries@s2u.global.

How does the referral scheme work?

Can I chat with customers directly on the platform?

Yes, but only once they have initiated contact with you. Once this happens, chat on the platform, exchange information and documents, arrange video calls and agree on working engagements.

Why should I provide details of my day rate?

We want to encourage transparency between the expert solution providers and S2U customers. The standard rate is just one of several criteria that customers can use to identify suitable candidates. You are also able to provide a range in your day rate to accommodate different project requirements. However, you are free to discuss specific work requests with customers via the chat function (once they have initiated contact) and agree work using a different pricing structure.

What commission is charged by S2U on transactions?

S2U applies a 17% fee to your invoices for the services you deliver, ensuring you receive 100% of the fees and expenses you charge.

Can anyone, anywhere be an S2U solution provider?

In theory, yes. If you have demonstrable sustainability expertise in your given service area and pass the S2U onboarding process, you can work via the S2U platform. If you have any questions on this, please contact enquiries@s2u.global.
